Executive Chef/Co-Owner
Chef Luis Gonzalez is a Military Veteran, Private Chef as well as the Executive Chef and Co-Owner of Elevated Brew Food. Chef Luis Specializes in Menu Development and has a deep passion for creating vibrant, delicious and nourishing meals using high quality local and seasonal ingredients. Chef Luis uses his knowledge of modern and traditional food practices to make every meal a unique and memorable experience. A Native of The Big Apple, Chef Luis relocated to Colorado Springs after spending years deepening his craft in The City That Never Sleeps New York and The City of Angles Los Angeles. Chef Luis cites his nomadic-chef lifestyle as pivotal in developing his eclectic and adventurous food aesthetic, as his bold and colorful palette, having been profoundly influenced by the food and cultures he has explored over the years. when not developing menus, or cooking a private client dinner, he enjoys watching sports, fishing, and exploring the beautiful outdoors of Colorado with his wife and 3 children.
